The application deadline for RETURNING VENDORS to reserve the same space as last year is May 1, 2026. NEW VENDOR applications will be considered after May 1, 2026. All exhibitors are responsible for confirming receipt of the application.
The deadline for cancellation with a refund shall be no later than August 31, 2026. Requests for refunds for cancellations after August 31, 2026, will be reviewed on an individual basis by the board of directors after the festival.
IMPORTANT: In addition to submitting it online, vendors MUST print a copy of the confirmation email they'll receive in their inbox after submitting the form below (which includes a copy of the application) and mail it along with the payment in full by check, money order, cashier's check, or cash.
